UPON ARRIVAL: Santa will give you a quick call or text message 5-10 minutes before his arrival, and again once he’s arrived, so you can help him make his grand entrance and ensure the magic happens just right!

PARKING: Santa will need a special spot to park his sleigh before he makes his entrance! Please ensure a parking space is available for Santa, ideally located nearby but out of sight from your guests. This will allow him to arrive in style without giving away any of his magical secrets!
 
WEATHER: Santa will be making his grand entrance directly from the frosty North Pole, where the temperatures are a bit cooler than those in South Texas! To ensure he’s at his jolly best, if the temperature for your outdoor event exceeds 80°F, Santa may need to take an occassional break (5-10 minutes) to cool down and hydrate. We kindly ask that you provide a private area where he can shed his warm winter coat and enjoy a refreshing drink of water to stay merry and bright! Otherwise, a short 10-minute break every 90 minutes will help keep Santa in top form!

CHAIR: Santa can mingle but can also be seated. If seated, Santa will need a sturdy chair without arm rests or wheels.

GIFT GIVEAWAYS: Santa loves spreading holiday cheer by handing out gifts to everyone! If you have gifts you would like Santa to hand out, you can ensure a smooth and joyful gift-giving experience by making sure all gifts are clearly labeled and easy to read. We also kindly request the assistance of an elf to help Santa distribute the gifts. 

NO SMOKING: Santa kindly asks to avoid any kind of smoking around him, as it tends to linger on his suit.

CHILD SUPERVISION: Santa kindly requests that a helper check the little ones’ hands to make sure they’re clean before meeting him. He wants to keep his suit spotless for his next visit — and as you know, Mrs. Claus isn’t too fond of cleaning it!
